Abstract:

Ishar tafsir is a tafsir method that focuses on the religious meanings of the Qur'an that is not seen at first glance. It is a tafsir style preferred by the people of cult. However, it is also a fact that there were some applicants to the tafsir bil ısharah method before the cult's systematization. In this tafsir method, understanding the Qur'anic verses is a matter of interest thanks to information obtained through kesf and inspiration. In addition, there are narratives that the execeter had been thinking on a verse for a long time for revealing the ısharah meaning. The ısharah meaning of the unearthed, while adapting in general to the evident of the word, sometimes displayed an appearance contrary to its evident.
Basmala is accepted as the key of the Qur’an. The fact that it is at the beginning of every surah, except one, increases its importance. For this reason, many researches have been conducted about it. These are generally related to the importance of basmala. According to tafsir bil ısharah, every letter and word in its content, has deep meanings. The reveal of these is only possible with the explanations of the competent people. In this article, the subject of how basmala is interpreted by the exegeters who make an tafsir bil ısharah will be discussed.

İşârî tefsir, Kur’an’ın batınî yorumuna ağırlık veren bir tefsir metodudur.
