Abstract:

This research shows the early imams efforts of Moroccans who left to Imam Malik، and they took him science and ethics، and returned impressed to his way in teaching and education، which showed that the nucleus of the school Moroccan Maalikis،، judging from the history of this imams made clear its inception factors and the back of the diversity of characteristics، for distinct from the rest of the Maalikis schools، rely on the amel ahl el medina and el athar (the medina and Egyptian school)، and attention to the opinion (the Iraqi school)، to bring the fruit of efforts of scientists Moroccans early in the venerable scientific services provided by the imam Maalikis in the Islamic Maghreb، which Sahnoun bin Saeed combined between both directions.
