 تناول سوسيولوجيا الهجرة  موضوع هجرة العمال من عدة نظريات ومنطلقات ، وبحثت في الأسباب والدواعي التي جعلت من ظاهرة الهجرة ظاهرة عالمية لكنها لم تفسر المنطق الذي يتحكم في لماذا يقبل المهاجر على مغادرة وطنه في حين لا يقبل آخر على الهجرة في حين أنهما يعايشان نفس الظروف الاقتصادية ، فالهجرة ظاهرة عالمية تعاني منها كل بلدان العالم وتشترك في الأسباب والعوامل  التي ساهمت في عولمة الظاهرة خاصة في كونها نتيجة للتدويل النظام  الرأسمال العالمي ، وتختلف في المسارات والمنطق الذي يزجه هذه الظاهرة.
والجزائر كغيرها من دول العالم نمت  بها هذه الظاهرة ،بفتح فرص الاستثمار الأجنبي من أجل تحقيق التنمية ألا أنها لم تتبنى  إستراتيجية إدماجية للعامل الأجنبي الوافد على سوق العمل الجزائري ، في حين ركزت على الإطار القانوني لتنظيم عمل الوافدين الأجانب إليها .

In immigration sociology there is many theories to try explain what’s the real factor make labor force immigrate to board witch the causes pushed him if it the social and cultural factor or personal factor make a person to lives out his country this phenomenon is grow up without explaining why the person emigrate when the other don’t immigrate however they living in the same cases.
The immigration is global phenomenon all the country suffering for it and participates in causes and factors like economic situation who make it grew up but they have a different in the gate of it.
 In Algeria this process have grew up because they open the foreign investment for Make a growth in his economic but they don’t Make any social insertion strategy for the foreign Man power like learning Arabic languish and health or home …ect how hover this the china labor force sty in Algeria since a long time the china personality have more patient and adapted with all kind of.
