Abstract:

The subject of Islamic urban jurisprudence is considered one of the important topics in the field of scientific research because of the facts it provides about the daily life of the Muslim community. Scientists have been interested in this science since ancient times and wrote independent works on it. The writing continued until later times, and many researchers edited these manuscripts and brought them to light so that researchers could benefit from them.
The manuscript of “A brief on the architecture of the earth by Sheikh Tfayesh al-Jazairi” remains in need of someone to verify it and bring it to light. Accordingly, we tried hard to achieve it and introduce it and its owner.
We have relied on two copies of this manuscript, trying our best to present it to researchers in the format written by its author, as well as attributing the ideas and information that he transmitted from others to their owners, and other matters related to the art of investigation, The reader will find here the most important aspects of our investigation.
