Abstract:

Abstract :
Caring for a child and protecting his rights is not a result of today. It is the result of human instinct and the natural law that a sound mind guides. And since the lives of individuals and societies are subject to continuous development and positive and negative changes, economic, social and political and the resulting conflicts that affect their effects to extend to children, they are attacked and violate their rights and lives, being a vulnerable group that is easily accessible. The international legal system has moved to try to provide the necessary protection for children and ensure their rights of all kinds. The international documents were devoted to a space to protect children, and put in place the necessary oversight to ensure their respect, which are international documents such as the United Nations Charter and special international agreements, and regional documents that sought to achieve this endeavor.
