 كثيرا ما يهتم المشتغلون بالسرديات بتحليل النصوص السردية والكشف عن سيرورتها المكانية والزمانية وعن منطق الحكي فيها، بيد أنهم يتجاوزون أهم عنصر في إنتاج هذه النصوص، إنهم يتغافلون بوعي أو بدون وعي العتبات النصية أو النصوص الموازية (العناوين، العناوين الجزئية، التنبيهات، الاستشهادات، التصديرات، التعليقات، والتوقيعات)، قد لا يلقون لها بالا لصغر حجمها، أو لأنها لا تحمل دلالات ذات أهمية، أو أنها لا تمت بصلة لعالم النص السردي الذي يلقيه إلينا الناص كمغامرة أو كمحاولة لمقاربة الأحداث التي تحيط به، وقد حذّر جيرار جينيت من إهمال المناص في تحليلاتنا للنصوص الإبداعية، لأنه يستهدفنا، مفردا لذلك كتابا خاصا سماه (عتبات) تناول فيه تاريخ وأهمية دراسة النصوص الموازية.
Abstract:Those working in narratives are often interested in analysing narrative texts and revealing their temporo-spatial processes and the logic of its narration. However, they transcend the most important element in the production of these texts. They subconsciously or unconsciously ignore the textual thresholds or parallel texts (titles, subtitles, alerts, citations, quotations, comments, and signatures/projections) . They may not pay attention to them for their small size, or because they do not carry significant connotations, or it is not related to the world of narrative text, which is sent to us by the narrator as an adventure or an attempt to approach the events surrounding it. Gerard Genette warned against the neglect of texts in our analysis of the creative texts, because it targets us, in particular a special book he called "thresholds" in which he discusses the history and importance of studying paratexts.
