Abstract:

Translation has always built bridges among nations, and its importance has increased today in the light of globalization and the development of modern technologies. Thus, it has achieved great convergence. Next comes the role of the translator as an intermediary between different cultures, whose purpose is to convey the specificities of this culture through a number of options he takes to make this process a success. However, the transmission of these specificities is not easy. The translator often faces cultural spaces that are difficult to transfer to the other culture, due to the conflict with what is acceptable to other or its ideology and belief. Then, how does this mediator responsible for cultural interaction deal with what is not transferable or what is difficult to express in another culture? What actions can he take? How does his decision affect this communication?
