 الملخص:
	إن تبني آلية الرقمنة في قانون الإستثمار الجديد 22-18، من أهم الآليات المكونة لتفعيل مبدأ الشفافية في مجال الإستثمار، بهدف تحسين المناخ الإستثماري وجذب أكبر عدد ممكن من المستثمرين المحليين والأجانب، والقضاء على كل أنواع البيروقراطية، وذلك لما تحققه المنصة الرقمية من تسهيلات. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أنه يجب العمل بكل جدية من أجل تطوير الرقمنة في مجال الإستثمار في الجزائر، والدفع بعجلة هذا القطاع والمجال الحيوي نحو الأمام، خدمة الإقتصاد الوطني وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
Summary:
	The adoption of digitization mechanisms in the new Investment Law 22-18 is one of the most important tools for implementing the principle of transparency in the field of investment. It aims to improve the investment climate, attract the largest possible number of local and foreign investors, and eliminate all forms of bureaucracy, thanks to the facilitation provided by the digital platform. This study concludes that serious efforts must be made to further develop digitization in the investment sector in Algeria and to push this vital field forward in order to serve the national economy and achieve sustainable development.
