Abstract:

Abstract:
This article aims to point out possible scenarios when this expanding intelligence intervenes decisively in public power; in social forms, in political decision-making, in the methods of democracy, in the exercise of power and in the types of government it promotes. To ask the right questions, identify the events that represent the impact of artificial intelligence in the development of contemporary society, and establish guidelines for solving new questions. The change of course cannot be considered in the face of the obvious dynamics of technological progress, but rather this transformation must be studied theoretically and in social sciences and especially political science to anticipate the beneficial or unhelpful elements and their consequences before the choice of delegating control in the future to artificial intelligence of machines.
