Abstract:

The aim of this article is to examine the role of labor and human capital in economic growth as well as the factors that control it by exposing the best-known approaches in this field; And through this research will highlight the major change that has occurred in the methodology of studies on growth Studies have moved from the focus on cause-and-effect relationships between two or more variables in the interpretation of growth to a dynamic interpretation that attempts to create an interrelation of variables .; One of the most important conclusions of the study in this context is the clear disconnect between the labor factor and its broad concept of human capital and the trend of economic growth in Algeria despite the considerable efforts made by Algeria in the field of employment.
