Abstract:

The legislation of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not stop the people in their past, or their present with which they lived, but extended it to the future of all humanity, and looking forward to that future, exploring the human psyche and cultivating it, especially on the social side. An innate characteristic of humans, sexual orientation. This research examines the year's anticipation of this innate inclination and its treatment through one hadeeth referring to others. It is the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) who asked about his mother's permission: "... do you love to see it naked? ..."In the light of modern grammatical theory; a theory (about text) based on seven criteria; (The casting of the intentional obedience of the intercessional media conglomerate). The research is based on a descriptive approach based on analysis and synthesis, which combines textual standards, tools and jurisprudence, within the framework of a plan based on an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion with the results and recommendations followed by the research sources and index.
