Abstract:

The Asylum issue has occupied the agenda of academic studies and research, and has become a burden on other countries, due to the international problems it has left behind, and the violation of refugees rights to direct or direct violations, which prompted the international community to intervene. Strongly to develop a legal system that protects their rights.
In the same context, this research paper comes to study the phenomenon of Refuge in terms of its historical extensions, causes, forms, and legal frameworks regulating it in light of international law and policies of dealing with it by studying the position of the international community on the phenomenon, especially in light of the growing phenomenon and its multiplicity, and identifying the receiving countries' dealings with the refugee. From a human rights standpoint, to discuss the argument of survival (the right of a refugee to a decent life) - deportation (the right of states to maintain their security).
