Abstract:

This study explores the network spread phenomenon of security danger
through cloning itself from region to another, motivated by a range of
helping circumstances and reinforcing special actors driven by particularly relevant
continuing conflicts and transiting from state to state; network cloning features in
international security affairs derive from natural laws and the creation and defusing
of social phenomena, some termed «social infection», «social learning», «network
impact», and other communicated influence dynamics inside societies and intra
groups. Dramatic situations for network cloning impact determine into penetrate
and social borders, normative constraints, and cultural taboos, which lead to
lethal effects on connections and symbolic and moral forces that are responsible
for generating and supporting defensible society power at individual, group, and
societal levels. The forces driving the network-cloning feature have been classified
as civil conflicts and humanitarian crises; external actors; and terrorist and criminal
organized groups.
