Abstract:

The technical development in the field of communication in general has affected various aspects of life in different societies. As there is no society in this world that is not interfered with the new values associated with technology and communications, in a way that made it necessary to go along with it. Since litigation is a means of restoring the rights that might be taken by others, the emergence of electronic courts is an explicit expression of the desire of justice institutions to go along with this technology development, especially as contractors at this time are now using electronic contracting on a larger scale.
