Abstract:

The fundamentalist rules were built on the legitimate ascension and deducing of the events. They became a group of fundamentalist fundamentalists, the branches of which were graduated, and the peremptory ones were in terms of the extrapolation, the moral frequency, and the frequent knowledge of the total legal evidence. In their introduction and the existence of what is considered in terms of their resource and the order of evidence strength and weakness.
However, this dispute is not seen in terms of the jurisprudential impact, but is seen from the theoretical perspective based on a difference in the words and in the different methods of cutting and different perceptions.
