Abstract:

As like other sport branches, there have been some changes in fencing in both rules and regulations and techniques. By the help of technical improvements, the competitions force the limits of human being in terms of physical and mental aspects. The technical improvements in fencing decrease not only the mistakes made by referees but also the objections. The incidence of the injuries has decreased and the sport fencing has become more understandable. The lights on the referee tables facilitate the referees to make final decisions easily and the spectators understand the decisions by the referees. Besides, the sport fencing became more popular and understandable branch.
