 تهدف الدراسة إلى كشف مستوى الطلاقة النفسية لدى الرياضيين ذوي الإعاقة الحركية الممارسين لرياضة رفع الأثقال ومقارنة ذلك وفقا لمتغيري المرحلة العمرية والخبرة الميدانية، حيث استخدم المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المقارن على عينة قوامها 25 رياضي تتراوح أعمارهم مابين 20 إلى 37 سنة خلال الموسم الرياضي 2018/2019، وطبق مقياس جاكسون ومارش (1996) والذي أعده للعربية حسن عبده عبد الله (2001). وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية  للنتائج الخام تم التوصل إلى أن مستوى الطلاقة النفسية لدى النفسية لدى الرياضيين ذوي الإعاقة الحركية الممارسين لرياضة رفع الأثقال متوسط ويميل إلى مجال الطلاقة الايجابية، كما انه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الطلاقة النفسية تبعا لمتغيري المرحلة العمرية وهي لصالح الأكبر سنا (أكثر من 30 سنة)، أما حسب متغير الخبرة الميدانية جاءت لصالح الرياضيين ذوي الخبرة (أكثر من 10 سنوات). وعليه نوصي بنشر الوعي النفسي والرياضي لدى الرياضيين من ذوي الإعاقة. و الاهتمام بالجانب النفسي أثناء العملية التدريبية لتحقيق نتائج أفضل والوصول إلى مستوى الانجازات العالية والتفوق الرياضي.
The study aims to uncover the level of flow state among the athletes with motor disability practicing for weightlifting sport and compare that according to the variables of the age stage and field experience, where the descriptive approach was used in the comparative method on a sample of 25 athletes ranging in age from 20 to 37 years during the sports season 2018/2019, The Jackson & Marsh scale (1996), prepared by Arabic Hassan Abdo Abdullah (2001), was applied. After addressing the results, it was concluded that the level of flow state is average and tends to the field of positive fluency. There are also statistically significant differences in the level of flow state according to the changes in the age stage in favor of the elderly, and field experience among athletes with experience (more than 10 year). Accordingly, we recommend spreading psychological and athletic awareness among athletes with disabilities.
