Especially after the end of the Cold war and the triumph of the values of capitalism.
But the phenomenon of globalization coincided with the attempt of regional economic organization to enter the stage of economic integration, which affected the process of integration among them and became a rivalry between regional States and globalization, which led to the existence of a conflict between the regional system and the global regional economic integration must be achieved with in the countries of the regional union while seeking economic globalization to liberalize trade globally, and the dismantling of regional economic frameworks.
