Abstract:

We want through this article discuss the experience of work relations. The experience of work relations in the third world, and about the Algerian experience in particular. For this purpose, we can say that the evolution of work relations, and through those, labor laws are historically linked to the level of development of society: economically, socially, culturally. Starting from this idea, we can distinguish three groups of countries, societies, based on the development of work relations. The first group concerns the highly industrialized countries. The second group concerns the countries of Eastern Europe newly built to the European Union. The third group concerns the third world countries, including Algeria.
