Abstract:

According to the general rules of maritime law, the equipper is one of the maritime staff; a group of individuals, who are required to meet the agreed criteria and competences.
So, they form parties in the maritime use contract. This staff consists of the maritime employer, who is the ship equipper, and maritime employees, who are responsible for any hindrance facing the sea journey. They’re also responsible for its success with their efforts, which are figured out in doing their job properly, according to the acquired qualification and formation in the maritime field.
