 The close relationship between achieving biomechanical conditions and performing gymnastic skills depends primarily on the angles of the joints of the body when performing any skill, especially those that depend on maintaining the kinematic path of the center of gravity and maintaining the balance of the player's body on the device. The front hands jump is one of the difficult movements, so performance in it requires kinetic aspects such as kinetic weight, flow, and the kinetic path. Through the follow-up of the researchers to the technical gymnastics lessons, they noticed that there is a problem that lies in the poor performance of students in the skill of the front hands jump on the ground of the ground movements, or the researchers attribute this weakness to the presence of Deficiencies in some kinetic abilities and variables kinetic features, which are characteristic of kinematic parts, their composition and forms, and their mastery leads to integration in performance. The research aimed to develop special exercises to improve some kinetic aspects and the technical performance of the front hands jump skill p To the students' awareness of the ground movements as well as learning about the impact of special exercises, the research community has identified the students of the third stage of the College of Physical Education and Sports Science at the University of Babylon for the academic year (2018-2019) and the number (110) students divided into three sections (A-B-C) Accordingly, the research sample was chosen from that community by (20) students by lot who belong to Division B, and the sample was divided into two groups, each group includes (10) students after excluding the students who failed and were absent, and the experimental variable was entered using special exercises on The experimental group, and among the most important conclusions, there is a positive effect of exercise Special and stomach T on scientific basis in the development of some kinematic aspects of the front hands jumping on the ground movements, as for the recommendations, adopting modern techniques when analyzing your gymnastics skills objectively to reveal strengths and weaknesses.                   إن العلاقة الوطيدة بين تحقيق الشروط البايوميكانيكية وأداء مهارات الجمناستك تعتمد بالدرجة الأساس على زوايا مفاصل الجسم عند أداء أي مهارة ولاسيما تلك التي تعتمد على المحافظة على المسار الحركي لمركز ثقل الجسم والحفاظ على توازن جسم اللاعب على الجهاز وقفزة اليدين الأمامية من الحركات الصعبة لذا يتطلب الأداء فيها إلى مظاهر حركية مثل الوزن الحركي والانسياب والمسار الحركي، ومن خلال متابعة الباحثان لدروس الجمناستك الفني لاحظا وجود مشكلة تكمن في ضعف أداء الطلاب لمهارة قفزة اليدين الأمامية على بساط الحركات الأرضية أو يعزو الباحثان هذا الضعف إلى وجود قصور في بعض القدرات الحركية والمتغيرات المظاهر الحركية والتي تعد صفة للأجزاء الحركية وتركيبها وأشكالها وإن اتقانها يؤدي إلى التكامل في الأداء. وهدف البحث إلى وضع تمرينات خاصة لتحسين بعض المظاهر الحركية والأداء الفني لمهارة قفزة اليدين الأمامية على بساط الحركات الأرضية لدى الطلاب وكذلك التعرف على تأثير التمرينات الخاصة، حدد مجتمع البحث بطلاب المرحلة الثالثة كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة بابل للعام الدراسي (2018-2019) والبالغ عددهم (110) طالب. مقسمين على ثلاثة شعب (أ-ب-ج)، وعليه تم اختيار عينة البحث من ذلك المجتمع بواقع (20) طالب عن طريق القرعة والذين ينتمون إلى شعبة ب، وتم تقسيم العينة إلى مجموعتين كل مجموعة تضم (10) طلاب بعد استبعاد الطلاب الراسبين والمتغيبين، وتم إدخال المتغير التجريبي باستخدام التمرينات الخاصة على المجموعة التجريبية، ومن أهم الاستنتاجات هناك تأثير إيجابي للتمرينات الخاصة والمعدة على أسس علمية في تطوير بعض المظاهر الحركية لقفزة اليدين الأمامية على بسط الحركات الأرضية، أما هم التوصيات اعتماد التقنيات الحديثة عند التحليل لمهارات الجمناستك بصورة موضوعية للكشف عن نقاط القوة والضعف.
