Abstract:

Summary : The Tourism Activity, haz received great attention and care on the part of international law, Unlikely for a long time, so we find that there are many international and regional events that have tried to organise the tourism. Therefore the general assembly of the World Tourism organisation adopted what is known as the (Global Code of Ethics for Tourism) througt which it sought to consolidate the human right to tourism on the one hand, and to emphasise his responsibilities in this framework on the other hand, and the organisation has thus sought to create a global tourism system Equitable, responsible and sustainable, benefiting all sectors of society in a liberal and open international economy. The application of the principles of the global code of ethics for tourism on the basis of sustainability tourism available to all contributes to increasing the competitive value of the tourism sector, as the impact of tourism goes beyond all sectors.
