Abstract:

Since the industrial revolution, technology has gained momentum and reached the point of artificial intelligence today. In this study was analyzed, after the Second Word War foundations in the world and being taken in Turkey began infrastructure studies "Government-University-Industry" technopolis that made intensive R & D and innovation activities within the scope of cooperation in the 1980s. In addition, studies on agroparks where companies operating in agriculture and working effectively are together were evaluated. As a result of the evaluation, it has been observed that companies operating in technoparks that take fast progress in entrepreneurship and operate in technoparks have increased their shares in the globalizing world market. In this regard, Apple, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Facebook and Intel are exemplary organizations in the world, with market values higher than the GDP of many countries. Technopolis are more at the beginning of the road and Turkey has a young generation. Therefore, in Turkey, are examples of developed countries should take into account the investment put into the planning and implementation of future support planned. Techparks, in Turkey's economy in providing university-industry cooperation in the commercialization of knowledge, will be an important tool in the prevention of native and reducing dependence on foreign sources in the production of national technology and foreign trade in closing the deficit the most important brain drain by increasing the labor force specializing is also envisaged.
