 ملخص: 
           يعد موضوع الإلتصاق وسيلة من الوسائل التي تؤدي إلى إكتساب الملكية العقارية في التشريع الجزائري، فيتم ذلك بمجرد تلاحم شيئين مملوكين لمالكيين مختلفين وتعذر الفصل بينهما، وسواءً قد تم ذلك بفعل الإلتصاق الطبيعي، أو الإلتصاق الصناعي، فإذا لم تؤدي عملية الفصل إلى إحداث أي تلف فكلا الشيئين يُرجع إلى مالكه الأصلي، كما أنه قد يستفيد أحد المالكين بالشيء نظرًا لإتفاق مسبق بينهما، ويكون ذلك إمّا بتعويض مادي أو بتبادل أرض بأرض أخرى لها نفس القيمة، كما أنه قد يحدث التنازل عنها لصالحه مباشرة، غير أنه إذا تم الإلتصاق بين شيئين وتعذر الفصل بينهما، فإنه قد يتمسك كل واحد منهما بحقه فيرتب ذلك نزاعات، فيرى بذلك كل طرف أن له الحق في التملك، ولكن بما أن الإلتصاق يحدث بين عقارين أو بين عقار ومنقول لمالكين مختلفين، فالملكية التي يكتسبها المالك الأصلي هي ملكية جديدة مستقلة تماما عن الملكية القديمة.
Abstract:
       The subject of adhesion is one of the means that lead to the acquisition of real estate ownership in the Algerian legislation, and this is done once two things belonging to different owners are joined together and it is not possible to separate them, and whether this was done by natural adhesion, or industrial adhesion, if the separation process did not lead to any damage, then both The two things are due to its original owner, and one of the owners may benefit from the thing due to a prior agreement between them, This is either by material compensation or by exchanging land for another land of the same value, and assignment of it may happen in his direct interest, but if there is adhesion between two things and it is not possible to separate them, then each of them may adhere to his right and this will lead to disputes, so each party sees that He has the right to own, but since the attachment occurs between two properties or between a property and a movable property of different owners, the property acquired by the original owner is a new property completely independent of the old property.
