Abstract:

With the advent of the technology of computers and Internet, which are the most salient cultural manifestations and epiphanies of globalization in the present age. It can be said that the freedom of expression has become assuming new forms and manifestations; there is a cyberspace which comprises what is termed as Blogs space which enables the individual to express the reality of one's society and problems freely without any imposed restrictions. In the light of the preceding, we will highlight: the nature of the societal context which gave rise to the emergence of what is known as Blogs space, the nature and forms of freedom of expression along with their corresponding mechanisms in the cloak of Blogs space and the obstacles obstructing the freedom of opinion expression inside the Blogs space.
