 الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيّد المرسلين، سيدنا محمد صلى الـلـه عليه وسلم وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، ومن سار على هديه إلى يوم الدين، وبعد:
فهذا بحث مختصر، يهدف إلى إبراز جوانب العلاقة بين مقاصد الشّريعة، وبين كلٍ من العلّة والمناسبة والحكمة، في المعنى، وفي العلاقة بالحكم الشّرعي، فيبين البحث علاقة المقاصد بمباحث في القياس، هي: العلّة، والمناسبة، والحكمة، فيه بيان ماهية علم مقاصد الشريعة، ومفهوم كلٍ من: العلّة، والمناسبة، والحكمة، مع تفصيل علاقتها بمقاصد الشارع عزّ وجلّ.
ويعتمد البحث المنهج العلميّ، الوصفيّ التحليليّ، القائم على استقراء النصوص الشرعيّة المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، وتحليلها، بغية الوصول، لبعض التنائج، التي تمثل إضافةً علميّةً مفيدةً.
وقد خلص البحث إلى أنّ مقاصد الشريعة هي: الغايات التي وضعت الشريعة لأجل تحقيقها، وأنّ الأحكام الشرعية كلّها، تقصد إلى تحقيق مصالحٍ أو درء مفاسدٍ. كما خلص إلى أنّ علم مقاصد الشريعة، منبثقٌ عن قضيّة المناسبة في علم أصول الفقه.

 Praise be to Allah, peace and blessings be upon the master of messengers, the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and upon his family and companions, and walked to a gift to the day of judgment, and after:
This research brief, aims to highlight the aspects of the relationship between the purposes of the law, and between each of cause and the convenience and prudent, in a sense, the relationship governing the legitimate, explains the relationaship between the purposes and subjects in measurement, which are: cause, and convenience, and wisdom, which indicate what knowledge of the purposes of the law, and the concept of all: the cause, and convenience, and wisdom, with the breakdown of their relationship to the purposes of the Almighty.
The scientific analytical and descriptive method the research depends on is based on an extrapolation of religious texts on the subject of research, and analysis, in order to reach, for some Altnaúj, which represents a scientific useful Addition.
The research concluded that the purposes of the law are: the goals that put the law in order to achieve them, and that all legal provisions, intended to achieve the interests or ward off evils. It also concluded that the science of the purposes of the law, the issue of the convenience pop-up in the science of jurisprudence.
And recommend further research in view of the differences between fundamentalism in those terms, and the statement of the impact of these differences in the branches of jurisprudence.
