 هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام معلمات التربية الإسلامية للأنشطة الخاصة (التوكاتسو) بالصفوف الأولية من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات ومديرات المدارس، ولتحقيق أهداف الدِّراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وصممت أداة للدِّراسة وهي(الاستبانة) وطبقتها على عيِّنة تكوَّنت من (126) مشرفةً تربويةً و(131) مديرةً ، بمدارس محافظة جدة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى استعداد معلمات التربية الإسلامية لاستخدام الأنشطة الخاصة "التوكاتسو" بالصفوف الأولية كان متوسطاً؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.354)، وجاءت استجابة المشرفات التربويات ومديرات المدارس في مدارس محافظة جدة على استخدام معلمات التربية الإسلامية للأنشطة الخاصة "التوكاتسو" بالصفوف الأولية بمستوى (متوسط) وبمتوسط حسابي (2.773)، وكانت هناك درجة عالية من المعوقات التي تعيق معلمات التربية الإسلامية لاستخدام الأنشطة الخاصة "التوكاتسو "بالصفوف الأولية بمتوسط حسابي (3.581)، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستعداد المعلمات من استخدام الأنشطة الخاصة "التوكاتسو" تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والمهنة وسنوات الخبرة، وذلك لصالح المشرفات والمديرات اللواتي مؤهلهن العلمي دكتوراه ،وعدد سنوات خبرتهن (1-5) سنوات كذلك توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستخدام المعلمات للأنشطة الخاصة "التوكاتسو" تعزى لمتغير المهنة وسنوات الخبرة وذلك لصالح المشرفات التربويات اللواتي عدد سنوات خبرتهن من (1-5) سنوات ،بينما لا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، أما بالنسبة للمعوقات التي تواجه المعلمات في استخدام الأنشطة الخاصة "التوكاتسو" فقد تبين عدم وجود فروق في استجابات أفراد الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المهنة وسنوات الخبرة، بينما توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ،وذلك لصالح المشرفات والمديرات اللواتي مؤهلهن العلمي دكتوراه.

 The study aimed to identify the reality of the use of Islamic education teachers of special activities (Tokkatsu) in primary grades from the point of view of educational supervisors and school principals. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and designed a study tool, which is (the questionnaire), and applied it to a sample consisting of (126) educational supervisors and (131) principals, in schools in Jeddah Governorate. The study concluded that the level of readiness of Islamic education teachers to use special activities (Tokkatsu) in primary grades was average; The arithmetic mean was (3.354), and the response of educational supervisors and school principals in Jeddah Governorate schools to the use of Islamic education teachers for special activities "Tokkatsu" in primary grades was at an average level and an arithmetic mean of (2.773). There was a high degree of obstacles that prevented Islamic education teachers from using special activities "Tokkatsu" in primary grades with an arithmetic mean of (3.581). The results of the study also showed statistically significant differences in the teachers' readiness to use special activities "Tokkatsu" attributed to the variable of academic qualification, profession and years of experience, in favor of supervisors and principals whose academic qualification is a doctorate, and the number of years of their experience is (1-5) years. There are also statistically significant differences in the use of special activities "Tokkatsu" by teachers attributed to the variable of profession and years of experience in favor of educational supervisors whose years of experience are (1-5) years, while there are no differences attributed to the variable of academic qualification. As for the obstacles facing teachers in using special activities "Tokkatsu", it was found that there were no differences in The responses of the study individuals are attributed to the variable of profession and years of experience, while there are differences attributed to the variable of academic qualification, in favor of supervisors and managers whose academic qualification is a doctorate.
