 تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الفروق بين الإناث والذكور من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في الحاجات النفسية، وبين أنماط الشخصية المهنية من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية وعلاقتها بالحاجات النفسية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة الحالية من (370) طالبًا وطالبة بالصف الثالث الثانوي العام ببعض المدارس التابعة للإدارة التعليمية بدمياط الجديدة بمحافظة دمياط للعام الدراسي(2014/ 2015). واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس أنماط الشخصية المهنية من إعدادها, واستبيان الحاجات النفسية (إعداد: أنور الشرقاوي). وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات درجات الإناث والذكور من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية علي مقياس الحاجات النفسية ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.01) بين أنماط الشخصية المهنية, والحاجات النفسية. وعدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نمط الشخصية الاجتماعية والحاجات النفسية بأبعادها الفرعية وعدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نمط الشخصية الواقعية والحاجة إلى إشباع المطالب الاقتصادية، ووجود علاقة موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين نمط الشخصية الواقعية والحاجة إلى التفاعل مع الآخرين، والحاجة إلى تحقيق الذات، والحاجة إلى تحقيق المكانة الاجتماعية والحاجة إلى الثقافة والمعرفة لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية, وعدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نمط الشخصية التقليدية والحاجات النفسية لصالح الذكور. ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نمط الشخصية التقليدية والحاجة إلى التفاعل مع الآخرين والحاجة إلى تحقيق الذات عند مستوى (0.05), والحاجة إلى تحقيق المكانة الاجتماعية والحاجة للثقافة والمعرفة عند مستوى (0.01) وعدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نمط الشخصية الفنية والحاجة إلى إشباع المطالب الاقتصادية, والحاجة إلى التفاعل مع الآخرين والحاجة إلى تحقيق الذات, والحاجة إلى تحقيق المكانة الاجتماعية لدي طلبة المرحلة الثانوية.

 This study aimed to discover the differences between male and female in psychological needs, Discovering the differences between the patterns of vocational Personality of secondary school students in psychological needs and Discovering the relation between, psychological needs and the patterns of vocational Personality. secondary school students. The present study was applied on a sample of secondary school boys and girls of the third year secondary between (16- 17 years of age). The sample includes (370) boy and girl students in Khaled Ebn El-waleed and Abo Baker El- sedeek secondary schools in new Damietta (140) males, (230) females. The researcher’s preparation used The survey of the psychological needs (prepared by: Anwar Al Sharkawi)and The scale of the patterns of vocational Personality prepared by The researcher. There are no statistic differences between the average degrees of the females and males in the secondary stage students on the scale of the psychological needs scales ( the economic need , the need of interaction with others, the need of self-realization, the need of social prestige, the need of culture and knowledge) So we can add the male to female sample.. There are statistic differences to the level (0.01) between the patterns of vocational Personality and the psychological needs of sample individuals. There is a positive statistic relation to the level (0.05) between the pattern of commercial character and the need to satisfy the economic demands for the sample’s individuals. There is no statistic relation between the pattern of the traditional character and the need to satisfy the economic needs in the sample’s individuals. There is no statistic relation between the pattern of the social character and the psychological needs with the sub- dimensions for the sample’s individuals. There is a positive statistic relation to the level (0.01) between the pattern of the realistic character and the need to interact with others, the need of self-realization, the need of social prestige, the need of culture and knowledge) of the. sample’s individuals
