 تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على
أثر تطبیق سیاسات التسویق الداخلي في
الرضا الوظیفي لدى عینة من أساتذة كلیة
العلوم الاقتصادیة والتجاریة وعلوم التسییر
بجامعة بسكرة؛ وكذلك محاولة التعرف
على مستوى كل من التسویق الداخلي
والرضا. كما تبحث مدى تأثیر سیاسات
التسویق الداخلي أكثر تأثی ا رً على الرضا
الوظیفي. ولتحقیق هذه الأهداف تمت
الاستعانة باستمارة لجمع آ ا رء عینة
الد ا رسة.
وتوصلت الد ا رسة إلى وجود تأثیر التسویق
بمختلف السیاسات في الرضا الوظیفي.
وأوصت الد ا رسة بضرورة تبني
الإدارة لمفهوم التسویق الداخلي والاهتمام
خاصة بالتدریب والحوافز والدعم الإداري
This study aims to identify
the impact of application of
internal marketing policies on
job satisfaction of college
professors of Economics and
Business and Management
Sciences University of Biskra,
and try to identify the level of
internal marketing and job
satisfaction. It also discusses the
impact of internal marketing
policies on job satisfaction. To
achieve these goals a
questionnaire was used to
collect research sample views.
The study found the internal
marketing policies impact on job
satisfaction. The study
recommended the need of
internal marketing concept for
management and special
attention to training and
incentives and administrative
support.
