Abstract:

The article aimed to highlight a topic entitled "Rawasi". The article was based on several topics; the first topic discussed the importance of the role of the family in society. The second topic focused on the fixed pillars by which Allah preserves the individual Muslim and society as follows, obligation of Allah the Almighty, righteousness and kind to the parents immediately after monotheism, and made ingratitude a major sin. Our Lord instigated parents on the kindness to their children, he said: "O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones". The pillar of link and the Charter, between men and women and to maintain them to the maximum possible extent, Shariah urged to hold the wife and hated divorce, Allah the Almighty said: " And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good". The Sharia works gradually to maintain the family bond of disintegration. Shariah demands that the husband, as holding the highest degree, to be patient with his wife, preach her, stressing and forsake them in bed, as a first step in case of dispute and in the second stage, if the couple's problem intensifies; Allah ordered the wise to mediate between the couple to protect the family from disintegration. The third topic revealed the factors leading to the family disintegration and dismantling. The fourth topic dealt with the justification of stubbornness of couples.
