 This study was conducted to determine the effect of the level of participation in physical activity, which has important benefits for the physical and mental health of the individual, on the flow experience and exercise addiction and to examine the relationship between the level of participation in physical activity, flow experience and exercise addiction. 142 participants living in the province participated in physical activity of different durations and intensities. A total of 402 people, 402 women and 402 men, participated voluntarily. The survey model was used in the research, which was conducted on large groups and in which individuals opinions about events and facts were taken and described. Recreational Flow Experience Scale and Exercise Addiction Scale-21 were used as data collection tools in the study. Frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Cvronbach Alpa reliability coefficient, t-test for independent groups, one-way analysis of variance ANOVA, correlation and regression analyzes were used as statistical methods in the analysis of the data. According to the results obtained from the research; It was observed that there was a significant relationship between exercise addiction and recreational flow experience scales and age, marital status, physical activity participation status and physical activity intensity variables. In addition, together with the Recreational flow experience total score, it explains 15 of the total variance of exercise addiction. According to this result, recreational flow experience is a significant predictor of exercise addiction..

 Bireyin fiziksel ve ruhsal sağlığı için önemli faydaları olan fiziksel aktiviteye katılım düzeyinin akış deneyimi ve egzersiz bağımlılığı üzerine etkisini belirlemek ve fiziksel aktiviteye katılım düzeyi ile akış deneyimi ile egzersiz bağımlılığı arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla yapılan bu araştırmaya ilinde yaşayan farklı süre ve şiddetlerde fiziksel aktiviteye katılan 142si kadın, 402si erkek olmak üzere toplam 402 kişi gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Araştırmada büyük gruplar üzerinde yürütülen, bireylerin olay ve olgularla ilgili görüşlerinin alındığı ve betimlendiği tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Rekreasyonel Akış Deneyimi Ölçeği ve Egzersiz Bağımlılığı Ölçeği-21 kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde istatistiksel yöntem olarak frekans, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, Cvronbach Alpa güvenirlik katsayısı, bağımsız gruplar için t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ANOVA, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre; Egzersiz bağımlılığı ve rekreasyonel akış deneyimi ölçekleri ile yaş, medeni durum, fiziksel aktiviteye katılım durumu ve fiziksel aktivite şiddeti değişkeni arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca Rekreasyonel akış deneyimi toplam puanı ile birlikte egzersiz bağımlılığının toplam varyansının 15ini açıklamaktadır. Elde edilen bu sonuca göre rekreasyonel akış deneyimi, egzersiz bağımlılığının anlamlı bir yordayıcısıdır.
