Abstract:

Debates on internal security are increasing day by day. The concept of internal security has gained importance especially after the end of the Cold War, and has been taken into account in the context of taking measures on the basis of the state, society and individual against changing threats. The importance of internal security for the modern state is that the state takes measures to regulate the functioning between internal and external security. While the nation's security measures are adopted for external security, internal security focuses on the security that the state will provide in favor of the society within the country. Within the scope of this theoretical framework, an evaluation has been made for the Republic of Azerbaijan in this study. In this study, first of all, the economic, social and political conditions that the Azerbaijani state has affected from past to present have been determined in order to understand the internal security administration, and then the security institutions that have emerged on the basis of these issues are determined. The study was conducted and compiled on a theoretical basis by literature review. In the study, first of all, the developments in the field of security in the world and its effects on the states will be explained, and then the effects of this change and the historical characteristics of the Azerbaijani state on the internal security management of the country will be discussed.

İç güvenlik üzerine tartışmalar her geçen gün artmaktadır.
