Abstract:

 هذا البحث يكشف عن الدور المهم الذي قامت به المعلومات الصوتية في صناعة المعجم العربي في ظروف زمانية ومكانية تكاد تلتقي والظروف التي تمر بها اللغة العربية في عصرنا الحاضر، مع اتساع الهوة واختلاف الوسائل. حيث كانت اللغة العربية تسعى إلى العالمية في ذلك الزمن، في مواجهة اللغة الفارسية والرومية، ولكن اللغة العربية الآن تواجه إخطبوط العولمة، لغة العلم الأولى اللغة الإنجليزية، بل لغة صناعة العلم إن جاز التعبير. ويركز هذا البحث على الجانب العلمي المهم بالنسبة للمعجم قبل التفكير في الصناعة ذاتها، لذا بين البحث الفروق الدقيقة بين النظرية والتطبيق «علم اللغة النظري» و«علم اللغة التطبيقي»، وضرورة أن تقوم الصناعة التنافسية للمعجم على مختلف أشكالها وأحجامها، وأنواعها، ومكوناتها، وطرق إعدادها. ولا يركز البحث على كيفية إعداد المعجم؛ لكنه يركز على المادة «الوحدات المعجمية» التي يتشكل منها المعجم العربي، والكشف عن معالجة المعجمي العربي القديم لها، خاصة المستوى الصوتي بشقيه المادي والوظيفي. يحاول البحث إبراز جهود علماء المعاجم في فحص المادة المعجمية صوتياً: الصوت معزولاً، والصوت داخل البنية للتعرف على النسيج الصوتي للوحدة المعجمية العربية، بغية توظيف المعلومات الصوتية في صناعة المصطلح من جهة، وكيفية تصنيف المعرب والدخيل في مادة المعجم، ومحاولة تقريبهما من بنية الكلمة العربية صوتياً وصرفياً.

 This research reveals the important role played by phonological information in the Arabic dictionary in temporal and spatial conditions that almost converge with the conditions that the Arabic language is going through in our present age, with the widening gap and the different means.
Where the Arabic language was seeking universality at that time, in opposition to the Persian and Roman languages, but the Arabic language now faces the octopus of globalization, the first language of science is the English language, but rather the language of the science industry, so to speak. This research focuses on the important scientific aspect of the lexicon before thinking about the industry itself, so the research shows the subtle differences between theory and application (theoretical linguistics) and “applied linguistics”, and the need for the competitive industry of the lexicon to be based on its various forms, sizes, types, and components, and methods of preparation.The research does not focus on how to prepare the lexicon; But it focuses on the material “lexical units” that constitutes the Arabic lexicon, and reveals the treatment of the old Arabic lexicographer for it, especially the phonetic level, both physical and functional. The research attempts to highlight the efforts of lexicologists in examining the lexical material phonetically: the sound is isolated, and the sound is within the structure to identify the phonetic texture of the Arabic lexical unit, in order to employ phonemic information in the manufacture of the term on the one hand, and how to classify the Arabizer and the intruder in the lexicon, and trying to bring them closer to the structure of the Arabic word phonetically and morphologically.
