Abstract:

The main problem with the development in light of the mondialization is that the importance of the cultural and social elements in the development in its global meaning especially in the maghrebin societies. The historical and archaeological researches could play a role vitally necessary to produce more data about the national heritage of the local societies. In he light of all pertinent written and archaeological evidence, I suggest in this paper a new approach in order to: -	Identify the role of the cultural development in the maghrebin societies. -	Value the importance of the archaeological and historical evidence in this event with purpose to trace the influencs that presented its results on our societies in their originality and their local particularities.
