Abstract:

Summary:
The diligence in correcting, improving, and weakening was among the applicants, and there was no problem in accepting their rulings, especially as the conditions of ijtihad existed in them, as did their knowledge and knowledge, and their property, as the late ones tried to correct the hadiths that were not judged by the applicants. Some of the hadeeths are weak, and some of their rulings are contrary to what the applicants said. All of this made their rulings on the hadiths a matter of disagreement between those who accept their rulings in bulk, those who respond in bulk, and those who accept them on condition.
The form that we want to answer is: Is the door of diligence in the correction closed after the time of applicants? Is the correction of those who are late for some of the hadeeths that are not judged by the applicants acceptable or refundable? Did Ibn al-Salah close the door of ijtihad in the correction? Is the position of the violators of the son of righteousness is more likely or is his opinion more likely?
In order to answer these problems, we have dealt with this topic, which we have before us in an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion.
