Abstract:

 يتضمّن هذا البحث دراسةً في اعتقاد الصوفية في البُلْه والمجانين والدراويش، والألفاظ التي في حكمها، وذلك بتعريف هذه المصطلحات عند أهل اللغة والتصوف، وبيان ما تضمنته وما تحمله من مدح أو نقص لمن يوصف بها، وذكر عدد من مصطلحات الصوفية المتعلقة بهذه الألفاظ، وهل هي داخلة فيما يسمى بعوارض الأهلية عند علماء أصول الفقه؟ وما يندرج في هذه المسألة من إشارات حول مناط التكليف.
ثُمّ دراسة الأحاديث والآثار فيهم، وبيان موقف أهل العلم منها، والحكم عليها، وبيان توجيههم لما صحَّ منها، خاصة توجيه ما يشكل من ثناء على البَلَه في بعض الآثار.
وفيه أيضاً: دراسة الاعتقادات في البُلْه والمجانين والدراويش وغيرهم، ومصيرهم في الآخرة، حيث يعتقد الصوفية فيهم الولاية الكاملة، وإن كان ظاهرهم على خلاف الشريعة؛ فهم متبعون في الباطن، وأن جميع ما يصدر منهم كرامات، حتى جلوسهم على المزابل وأكلهم مع الكلاب، وعدم استنزاههم من البول! فهم يستغاث بهم، ويُسأل الـلـه بجاههم، ثم ذكر شبهاتهم التي تستند إلى أحاديث صحيحة وأخرى ضعيفة، مع توجيهها والرد عليها.
وآخر ما شملته هذه الدراسة، بيان مصير البُلْه والمجانين يوم القيامة، وإن كان الكلام على هذه الجزئية معروفاً مشهوراً عند أهل العلم، لكن يبقى الحكم على من يتظاهر بالجنون، أو يدعي رفع التكليف عنه، من الدراويش وغيرهم، ممن غيَّب عقله، أو لُبِّس عليه الحق؛ فأصبح في حكم المجانين في الدنيا، وعند الصوفية في الآخرة من الأولياء المقربين، نسأل الـلـه أن يهدينا وإياهم سواء السبيل.
وصلى الـلـه وسلم وبارك على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين.

 This research includes a study of the creed of the Sufis regarding insane and mad persons and dervishes, and also others that have the same meaning. That was made by defining these terms according to the linguists and the Sufis, and showing what they include of praisworthiness and deficiency for those who are attributed with them. The research also mention some of the Sufi terminology related to these words, and if they are included in what the scholars of Usol call impediments to legal compiments. What is also included in this issue regarding references to being legally mandated. And then the study of the hadith and the athar about them, and explaining the position of the scholars about them, and the judgement of them and explaining the correct understanding of those who are authentic, and escpecially explaining that which is problematic as mad people being praised in some athar.
The research also included the study of beliefs in insane and mad persons, dervishes and others like them, and what will happen to them in the afterlife, since the Sufis consider them true saints, even though they openly go against the Shari’ah. They belive that they are followers of the Shari’ah in their inside their hearts, and everything strange they make are different types of miracles like sitting on a dunghill, eating with dogs and not protecting themselves from urine. They ask them for help in hardships and ask Allah by their status.
The study mentioned their doubts that they use like some authentic and weak hadith and how to understand them, and a refutation of how they use them.
The last thing the study included was what will happen to insane and mad people on the Judgement day. Even if this part is known by the people of knowledge, there are som rulings that have to be clarified. From these rulings are the ruling for the person who pretends to be mad, or claim that he is no longer responsible for his actions. Exemples of them are the dervishes and others who did not use his intellect or was deluded, so he became like an insane in this life and was considerd a saint in the Afterlife by the Sufis.
I ask Allah to guide them to the straight path. May Allah exalt, send peace and blessings to the one who was sent as a mercy to all worlds.
