Simple linear regression analyzes were conducted to determine the effect of personality traits on entrepreneurship tendency, which is the subject of the research.According to the results of the analysis, the hypothesis that personality traits have a positive effect on entrepreneurship tendency is partially supported. It was found that all dimensions, except the compatibility of the sub-dimensions of personality traits, had a positive effect on entrepreneurship tendency. The results are expected to contribute to the determination of the factors that affect entrepreneurship tendency in the literature.
