 Service disposition can be expressed as the willingness of individuals to apply the knowledge they have acquired in providing service. The concept of lifelong learning accepts that learning is independent of temporal and spatial limitations and emphasizes that the desire to learn can occur anywhere. Lifelong learning is a positive concept that shows the continuity of personal development. Quantitative method was used to obtain data in this research, which included determining tourism students willingness to serve and lifelong learning behavior. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of tourism students service disposition on their lifelong learning disposition. The research population consists of tourism students studying in Van province. While collecting data in the research, sample selection was made and data was collected from seven different educational institutions by choosing the convenience sampling method. Data were collected from 408 participants face-to-face and online. As a result of the research, a strong positive relationship was determined between service propensity and lifelong learning tendency. In addition, it has been concluded that the dimensions of service disposition, making the customer feel special, understanding customer requests and providing services successfully have a positive significant effect on lifelong learning tendency.

 Hizmet verme yatkınlığı bireylerin hizmet sunma konusunda elde ettikleri bilgileri uygulama istekliliği olarak ifade edilebilir. Yaşam boyu öğrenme anlayışı, öğrenmenin zamansal ve mekânsal sınırlamalardan bağımsız olduğunu kabul eder ve öğrenme isteğinin her yerde gerçekleşebileceğini vurgular. Yaşam boyu öğrenme kişisel gelişimin sürekliliğini gösteren pozitif bir kavramdır. Turizm öğrencilerinin hizmet verme istekliliğinin ve yaşam boyu öğrenme davranışının belirlenmesini içeren bu araştırmada veri elde etmek için nicel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı, turizm öğrencilerinin hizmet verme yatkınlığının yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimine etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırma evrenini Van ilinde öğrenim gören turizm öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri elde edilirken örneklem seçimine gidilmiş ve kolayda örneklem yöntemi seçilerek yedi farklı eğitim kurumdan veri toplanmıştır. Yüz yüze ve çevrimiçi olarak 408 katılımcıdan veri toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda hizmet verme yatkınlığı ile yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimi arasında güçlü pozitif bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca hizmet verme yatkınlığının müşteriye özel olduğunu hissettirme, müşteri isteklerini anlama ve hizmetleri başarılı bir şekilde sunma boyutlarının yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimi üzerinde pozitif anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
