Abstract:

The research aims to bridge the gap between the Non-Arab and the study of the Holy Quran by doing as much as possible the literal translation and through the division of the Qur’an into two parts: Firstly: this part will consist of the literal translation which has no semantic problems. Secondly: this part will consist of the aspect which doesn’t accept it. There is a need that the researchers specialized in linguistics apart from the sciences of the interpretation of the Qur’an should focus on the first of them so that the largest number of the Muslim community - the Non-Arab population - can communicate with the book of Allah without the help of a translator who has the controls over the text according to his understanding and his cultural level, taking into the account the necessary rules and regulations for that. It should be asserted that the translator is not the Qur’an.
