 ملخص: 
يهدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على مدى دقة نماذج التنبؤ بالفشل المالي، في التعرف على الوضع المالي للشركة المدروسة، حيث تم استخدام أربع نماذج مشهورة والمقارنة بين نتائجها وواقع الأداء المالي لشركة المصافي السعودية في بيئة أعمال قوية من حيث التنافسية ونتائج الاعمال.
وقد خلص البحث إلى أن نموذجا Altman و taffler أكثرا دقة من نموذجي Kida و saf2002 ، حيث تم مقارنة نتائج تطبيق النماذج السابقة على الشركة بالنتائج الواقعية، ويرجع سبب ذلك إلى اختلاف شروط بناء النموذج من حيث المعطيات الكمية خاصة
This research aims to determine the accuracy of the financial failure prediction models, in identifying the financial position of the studied company, where four well-known models were used and a comparison between their results and the reality of the financial performance of the Saudi Refineries Company in a strong business environment in terms of competitiveness and business results.
 The research concluded that the Altman and taffler models are more accurate than the Kida and saf2002 models, as the results of applying the previous models to the company were compared with real results. The reason for this is due to the different conditions for building the model in terms of quantitative data in particular.
