Abstract:

Abstract:
Organizational culture is one of the mercury concepts that is difficult to confine into automated templates to link administrative procedures to productivity and satisfaction, requiring an epistemology in dealing with the theoretical heritage woven around it in light of the prevalence of marketing writings that make organizational culture a management fashion.
This study aims to highlight the two most prominent currents in sociological traditions in an effort to highlight a basic pradigm that approaches organizational culture as a negotiating system arises through interactions between participants and is influenced by those who have the symbolic ability to define attitudes on the one hand and the compulsions of the regulatory environment on the other, to place emphasis on the complementary contributions of theorists of practice on the other. (Bourdieu) and interaction theorists (Strauss, Goffman), who build from practice to interaction, symbolic power, and the negotiating system are theoretically authorized to establish empirical studies.
