 خلاصة البحث: 
كيف نريد أن نقنع العالم بالإسلام وأنحن نقول له إن أسلمت فارقت زوجتك وإن أسلمت فارقت زوجك؟
هل يدخل الناس في الإسلام بهذا الخطاب؟! كيف ستقبل الأسرة والمجتمع هذا الدين وهو يمزق الأسرة من أول وهلة، وكيف نترجم للناس النص القطعي وما أرسلناك إلا رحمة للعاملين بأراء فقهية محتملة ترسل إلى المدعويين تنافيا مع روح النص في الآية الكريمة 
لذلك وجب إعادة النظر في هذه المسألة الخطيرة بالعودة إلى النصوص فقط.
وأما المذاهب فمختلفة على ثلاثة عشر قولا، فمنهم من فرق بمجرد الإسلام ومنهم من فرق بعد العدة على تفاصيل ومنهم من قال يفرق بينهما القاضي بعد عرض الإسلام على الزوج وغير ذلك..
لقد أجاب البحث عن ما هو الصواب في المسألة ، وبين أن مذهب الخلفاء الراشدين عمر وعلي هو عدم الفرقة وهذا ثابت عنهم بالأسانيد في أعلى درجات الصحة. 
لقد استعرض البحث الأراء جميعا وأدلتها وناقشها وخلص إلى أن من أسلمت ولم يسلم زوجها أو أسلم وزوجته غير كتابية ولم تسلم أنه لا تفريق بينهما ولا نص على اعتبار العدة. 
Search Summary: How can we tell the whole world? Do people enter Islam in this speech? How will you receive the family and society that is rupturing the family from the first sight, and how to translate people? Therefore, this serious issue must be reconsidered by reference to texts only. As for the doctrines, they differed on thirteen of them. Some of them differed as soon as Islam, and some of them differed after the iddah on details. Some of them said that the judge should differentiate between them after offering Islam to the husband and so on.
The search for what is right in the matter has been answered, and the doctrine of the caliphs Omar and Ali is not to divide and this is fixed on them with the highest levels of health.
The research reviewed all opinions and evidence and discussed and concluded that the Muslim and did not deliver her husband or Muslim and his wife non-written did not recognize that it does not differentiate between them and not to be considered as a kit.
