Abstract:

Study Summary:
The problem of drug abuse and drug abuse is a long-standing issue and a future. As for the past, it reaches the dawn of social and human life, and the present extends to encompass the whole world, but the future dimension is renewed and not specific. No society has guided us through the centuries or across the levels of civilizational change, but we found between the lines of this biography what directly or indirectly predicts that dealing with material or materials updated for specific changes in the general psychological situation, or in the case of mental in particular , At the client. This biography tells us about China, India, Egypt, Persia and Ancient Greece.
This issue, however, has emerged as a difficult problem that has been at the forefront of global social and health problems since the 1960s. In the mid-1970s, a number of Arab societies have emerged as the driving force behind the 1980s. With the beginning of the nineties and distributed the efforts of the community between the law of deterrence and educational theory to reduce this phenomenon and we mean most of the world's societies at present between two types of efforts The first type is called counter-supply efforts, which are aimed at combating smuggling, manufacturing, agriculture, trafficking, distribution and illegal possession of illicit narcotic substances. The second type is called demand reduction efforts. This refers to all policies and measures aimed at reducing or diminishing the desires and efforts of consumers, In order to obtain narcotic drugs to the lowest possible degree, it is noted here that drugs are a commodity as other goods are subject to dealing in the legitimate market for the factors that govern the relationship between supply and demand. He concludes that if the demand is low, it will be depressed, so they call for not only resisting the fight on the supply front, but also on the demand front. This is the approach adopted by educational theories and some bodies such as the United Nations on the problem of drugs.
