Abstract:

Security is one of the necessities of every society, because it is the basis of scientific and technological development and stability The Mediterranean region knows many of the events that affected it from the security side, especially as a result of wars and international and non-international conflicts that you currently know And this is considered an obstacle to achieving security in addition to illegal immigration towards European countries despite the risks facing migrants, just as the race towards armaments by the Mediterranean countries made security lose and every country seeking greater armament than the other for fear of attacking it.
