Abstract:

I chose the subject (Magistrate Caliph Omar bin al-Khattab Treaty (رضى الله عنه) To the people of Ailia) So as to wicker search elements to arrive at more accurate historical novels formula Treaty and exclude vague and late; and the reason for this is due to the significance of the Treaty, which sought most Almstserven to to proven different Arab historical novels and attributed to the period of the first century, to bring the truth out, to prove the religious and historical rights of religions and doctrines and boredom vying for control of the city of Ailia (Jerusalem), and that this right is an old and eternal admitted by the caliph of the Muslims, they claim the same. Despite the importance of the Treaty, which concerns the period of the early first Arab state (the heart of Islam), but its history has not been codified only in the late period of the fact, as it is known that history without the Abbasid period, and therefore a lot of ambiguities and exaggerations assigned to this Treaty and other events historic first for the date of the first Arab state, it was this important treaty currently known for novels in history b(Israeli) novels false, to prove the rights of bored and other religions in Jerusalem the first Qiblah of the Arabs and the electrode ring backs prophets, moreover The importance of the treaty is to show the reality of the spirit of Islam and its principles in dealing with other religions and peoples knockout oppressed who lived under Islam the rights and freedoms of religious It deprived them under the previous governments, which condemns the same religions and different doctrines. And adopted in this study on the historical narrative approach, to list the provisions of the treaty formulas for the most important Arab historians the most trusted and well overdue treaty formulas and attributed to the Caliph Omar ibn al-Khattab listed As well as based on the scientific method and analytical, analytical study of detail to the provisions of the treaty drafted with the assistance of the historical events in the period of early Islam and writing style through poetry, which has been retained in the spirit of early Islam and writing style, so as to gain access to proven true novels formula Treaty and late exclusion scientifically far from passion and bias.
