One of the most popular and practical MCDM methods is Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP which is based on pairwise comparison of the factors of the problem and modelling them on the matrices then gives a compromise ranking of the alternatives according to their weights that are assigned them after the judgments of Decision Makers.
