Abstract:

The term "Dawah" or call refers to the comprehensive framework that Allah, the Almighty, established for the purpose of conveying His message to His servants through His messengers (peace be upon them). After the correspondence, an invitation is sent out, hoping for a response. There were believers who answered the call, and there were others who did not. This rejection is mentioned multiple times in the Holy Qur'an in relation to determination. Many inquiries about the significance of this rejection and the motivations behind their decision to reject this divine call have resulted from this. Through an examination of this denial and an explanation of its rationale, this article aims to address these concerns. It also looks at the rhetorical and linguistic devices used by those who disregarded the call. Additionally, it inquires the rationale they relied on to build their denial, hoping from the Almighty God for sincerity and benefit in it.
