Abstract:

 The purpose of this research is to present an evaluation of the performance of the school of Administrative and Economics, faculty of low and administrative. At the University of Duhok in the view of the faculty members. The evaluation has been done in accordance with the quality assurance criteria used in the assessment of the institutes.

The authors  developed questionnaire of (10) items, each item refers to  the Quality standards  in higher Education and indicators such as (University’s vision, mission and goals, students affairs, academic staff, curriculum, university administration, supporting infrastructure, institutional relationships with the community, teaching methods and learning resources, research and assessment).

A questionnaire of (10) items was distributed to (50) academic staff, mean while (42) questionnaire was valid for analysis. The results of this research revealed that the overall level of academic performance did not maintain the 60% default level; the authors proposed developing the culture of Quality in the university.
