Abstract:

The contemplator of the calamities of Ibn al-Hajj to draw his attention is the abundance of political references in the folds of the book, and it is noted that Ibn al-Hajj did not mention political events in their precise details as we find them in traditional news sources, from mentioning the event and the date of its occurrence, and listing the names of the actors in it, or the conduct of the kings and their political and administrative actions.
Although his events were not documented for the dates of events, the works of the most important figures of his time and their political roles, they retained strange political information, especially that they were not mentioned in other historical sources.
