Abstract:

Prince Abdelkader is considered as a national figure who left his mark in the history of Algeria. He is truly the leader of the resistance against the French colonists and the founder of the modern Algerian state, which stood in difficult circumstances characterized by wars and internalization. This is why the Emir made great efforts to organize it politically, administratively and militarily. And this required the construction of various architectural facilities to be the headquarters of the state and its governors ( Chairmen) . This is what we will try to research through this study.
